Here you'll find out about all of the trainings on offer from your first yoga teacher training to advanced training for certified teachers. We offer a 230hr EMPOWER  CSV & Sacred Cycles Yoga Teacher Training. For existing teachers you can take a full 300hr Senior CSV Teacher Training with me with lots of exciting modules like Yin & Myofacial Release, Yoga Shred, Advanced CSV Anatomy, Restorative Yoga, Women's Wellbeing and so much more.  All of those can be taken as single certified courses too!
